Shipping method prints

All prints are shipped CO2 neutral from Germany or England. They are packed in sturdy cardboard to prevent kinking and bending. Once the print is sent you will receive a track-and-trace code. Delivery in the Netherlands, Germany, England, Belgium and Luxembourg takes place within 7 working days.

 

Shipping method other items

You will receive a Track-and-trace code as soon as the package is received at PostNL. The mail will indicate when the package is expected to be delivered. I do my utmost to send the order as soon as possible. I will always keep you informed about this.

 

Packaging

From a sustainability point of view, I reuse as much packaging material as possible. For this I use envelopes, boxes and filling material from previously received packages.

 

Shipping costs 

Prints

When ordering a Giclee art print, shipping is possible worldwide. The costs vary per country. Please contact me for the exact costs. For the Netherlands shipping costs are €8,-

 

Others

Shipping costs in the Netherlands:

Envelope up to 100 gr = 2,50

Mailbox package = €4,-

Package 2 to 10 kg standard shipping = €12,-

 

When purchasing an original drawing or commissioned drawing, insured shipping is possible. Please contact us about this possibility.

Envelope up to 200 gr = €3,95

Mailbox package = €7,50

Package 2 to 10 kg = €20,-

Delivery times

Delivery times are between 1 to 5 business days. Items that are readily available are shipped within two business days. Commissioned drawings are shipped as pre-arranged.
 

Cancel order

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact me as soon as possible, your order may not have shipped yet. For commissioned drawings, cancellation is not possible when the drawing process has already begun.
 

Returns & exchanges

Exchanges and returns are not a problem. Just keep in mind that personalized items cannot be refunded. Please contact me and return the items within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. The amount of the order will be refunded after receiving the products. Note: The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

 

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

Custom and personalized orders, such as a commissioned or cropped poster

Prints, as these are made to order

 

Conditions for returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for the reduction in value.
