Pastel
I use pastel pencils from Faber Castell, Stabilo carbothello. Derwent and Caran d' ache. And pastel crayons by Rembrandt, Unison and Faber Castell. And also Pan pastels, which are small containers of pastel pigment.

The surface I draw on for pastel drawings Pastelmat by Clairefontaine. This is professional-quality paper with a fine, sandpaper-like structure. This makes the pastel adhere well and many layers are possible without the paper becoming saturated.
Coloured pencil
For a coloured pencil drawing, I use pencils from Faber Castell and Caran d'ache.
As a substrate for my coloured pencil drawings, I use Pastel mat by Clairefontaine or Fabriano hot pressed watercolour paper. Both are of professional quality. I can put a lot of layers on both types of paper, which allows me to create a beautiful realistic portrait. Which paper I choose depends on the subject and the client's choice.

Delivery time
​
The delivery time depends on the size of the drawing, the size of the waiting list and the number of animals or persons. On average, you can count on two to four weeks. In busy periods, this may take up to about two months. In case of a deadline, you should preferably place your order a month in advance. Feel free to email me if you have any questions!

With or without frame
Prices do not include frames. Would you like to protect the drawing as much as possible? Then you can order a frame with museum glass. There are various options for the colour of the frame. Do you find it difficult to choose? Then I can advise you on this. I also advise you to choose museum glass, which blocks UV so that the drawing remains beautiful for longer. This glass also reflects less than normal glass. Contact me to order a frame or for advice.

Multiple animals in one drawing

The prices mentioned are based on one animal. There is a surcharge of 40% per additional animal.

Drawing with background

The surcharge can range from 30 to 300 euros, depending on the size and detail.
